Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Analyze user behavior and product usage metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Design, run, and evaluate A / B tests and other growth experiments.
Build dashboards and reports to monitor key growth metrics (acquisition, activation, retention, revenue).
Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to implement data-driven growth initiatives.
Provide actionable insights from data to optimize funnels and improve user engagement.
Track and report on performance of growth initiatives to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience as a Product Analyst , Data Analyst , or in a growth analytics role .
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
Experience designing and interpreting A / B tests and experiments.
Familiarity with growth metrics, funnels, and user behavior analytics .
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication skills to present insights to cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in consumer internet, OTT, or product-focused startups is a plus.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in product or growth analytics.
Strong understanding of metrics-driven growth and experimentation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
