Assistant Manager Human Resources

MIT Vishwaprayag University is expanding, and we are looking for a dynamic Assistant HR Manager to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and policy implementation

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage full-cycle hiring : sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordinating interviews

Handle onboarding, documentation, and induction process

HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain employee records, HRMS updates, attendance & leave management

Support statutory compliances and audit documentation

Assist in payroll coordination

Employee Relations & Engagement

Address employee queries and grievances professionally

Support employee welfare programs, engagement activities & communication

Performance Management

Assist in appraisal process, goal-setting documentation & follow-ups

Coordinate training & development activities

Policy & Process Implementation

Ensure adherence to HR policies

Contribute to HR process improvements and SOP updation
