Job descriptionGraduation or relevant Diploma (minimum 15 years of formal education). Minimum 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer. Successfully led and delivered 5–6 turnkey / full-home residential projects. Proficient in design tools such as AutoCAD, PowerPoint, and other relevant software. Expertise in : Conceptual Design : Layouts, styles, and mood boards. Technical Design : Material knowledge, execution details, and drawing preparation. Modular Design : Aesthetics, functionality, material knowledge, and module planning. Civil Works & Services : Specifications and installation details. Skilled in BoQ creation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Strong sales capability, including logical and trust-driven client interactions and design presentations. Result-oriented, team player with high integrity and ethics. Strong communication skills — clear, concise, and impactful. Highly motivated to learn and drive performance across independent teams.
As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs based on client discussions and requirements. You should possess strong creative thinking skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate client needs into elegant design solutions. You will communicate regularly with clients, incorporating their feedback to refine designs and ensure customer satisfaction. Staying updated with the latest trends and materials in the interior design industry is essential to deliver exceptional outcomes.
