Profile: Regional Sales Manager-ZLD-West India

Experience:

• 7-12 years of experience in industrial B2B sales, with proven expertise in ZLD, ETP, STP, wastewater treatment solutions, MEE, evaporation systems, or related process equipment.
• Strong understanding of industrial water and wastewater treatment processes.

Roles:

• Lead and manage the regional sales team across the West India territory.
• Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and ensure achievement of regional revenue goals.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members to improve productivity and sales performance.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand market presence.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities across industrial sectors.
• Build strong relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, and key industrial customers.
• Promote and sell ZLD, ETP, STP, wastewater treatment systems, MEE, and related industrial process solutions.
• Conduct customer meetings, technical presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Prepare and review techno-commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
• Coordinate with engineering, proposal, and project execution teams for successful project delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, MIS reports, and regional business plans.
• Represent the organization at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
• MBA (Marketing or Sales) will be an added advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving regional sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the West India Zone.
