Quality Analyst (Central QA)

The Quality Analyst role focuses on transforming quality data into meaningful insights, strengthening product reliability, and driving system improvements across all manufacturing plants.

What You’ll Do

Consolidate and standardise quality data from all plants for key processes.

Analyse warranty data, field failures, and customer complaints to identify root causes and recurring failure modes.

Build dashboards and reports in Excel or Power BI to track product and process quality.

Correlate process deviations with performance issues.

Support APQP, PPAP, and FMEA documentation through structured data insights.

Present trend reports and reliability summaries to management for decision making.

Collaborate with QA, R&D, and Manufacturing teams to drive corrective actions and monitor closure.

What You’ll Bring

6–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in Lead Acid Battery business.

Strong command of MS Office (macros, dashboards, data automation) and exposure to Power BI or similar tools.

Hands-on knowledge of warranty analysis, failure mode mapping, and field performance analytics.

Familiarity with QA frameworks like IATF 16949, SPC, FMEA, CAPA, and 8D.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Certification in Quality Management, Six Sigma, or Data Analytics is a plus.
