Core Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution : Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, and other performance channels with a primary focus on customer acquisition and ROI.
2. Media Buying & Budgeting : Manage ad budgets effectively to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, and conversion rate while scaling high-performing campaigns.
3. Ad Creative Collaboration : Work closely with design and content teams to develop compelling creatives and ad copies tailored for different audience segments.
4. Audience Targeting : Create and refine audience strategies using lookalike, retargeting, interest, and behavioral segments to maximize efficiency and engagement.
5. Performance Analysis : Monitor campaign performance, derive insights through dashboards and reports, and make data-driven decisions for continuous optimization.
6. A / B Testing : Execute structured A / B tests for creatives, copies, landing pages, and audience segments to improve campaign effectiveness.
7. Landing Page Collaboration : Partner with product and design teams to optimize landing pages for improved quality scores and conversion rates.
8. Market & Competitor Analysis : Stay updated with industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities, especially within the ethnic fashion e-commerce space.
9. Reporting & Insights : Regularly share insights, learnings, and performance summaries with stakeholders and recommend future course of action.
10. Tool Proficiency : Utilize tools such as Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and third-party analytics platforms to drive performance excellence.
