Job descriptionRole Overview We are looking for a dynamic and financially knowledgeable professional to work closely with the Founder/CEO in managing investor relations, fundraising activities, strategic communication, and business representation. The candidate will play a key role in supporting investment-related initiatives, preparing investor communication, coordinating with companies/investors, and representing the organization professionally. Key Responsibilities 1. Investment & Fundraising Support Assist in fundraising activities and investor outreach. Prepare and refine investment pitches, pitch decks, financial presentations, and business proposals. Coordinate with potential investors, venture capital firms, investment bankers, and strategic partners. Support the CEO in investment discussions, follow-ups, and negotiations. Maintain investor databases and track communication/status updates. 2. Founder’s Office Responsibilities Represent the company professionally in meetings, calls, and email communications on behalf of the CEO. Draft professional emails, business communication, reports, and presentations. Manage stakeholder coordination and maintain strong business relationships. Conduct market research, financial analysis, and competitor analysis for strategic initiatives. Assist in preparing documentation related to investments, partnerships, and corporate discussions. 3. Communication & Coordination Act as a point of contact between the CEO and external stakeholders. Schedule and coordinate meetings with investors, partners, and business associates. Ensure timely follow-ups and effective communication with companies and investors. Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and action items. 4. Documentation & Reporting Maintain confidential business documents and records. Support due diligence and documentation processes during fundraising or partnership discussions. Prepare MIS reports, investor updates, and business summaries for management review. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, MBA, Investment Banking, Business Administration, or related field. 3–4 years of relevant experience in Finance, Investment Banking, Investor Relations, Founder’s Office, or Fundraising roles. Strong understanding of investment processes, financial statements, valuation concepts, and fundraising. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to represent the company professionally. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Strong presentation, stakeholder management & and relationship-building abilities. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ownership. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial/business presentation tools. Preferred Candidate Profile Experience working directly with founders, CXOs, investors, or startups. Exposure to fundraising, venture capital, private equity, or strategic partnerships. Strong networking and relationship management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
