Software Engineering Assoc Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the vision and execution of digital products and services (DPS) across S&T core priorities.
• Partner with teams including User Experience, Product Management, IT, Data & Analytics, Emerging Tech, Innovation, and Process Engineering to deliver end-to-end digital solutions.
• Assist in the development and execution of a robust software development strategy aligned with industry standards and business needs.
• Contribute to the creation and execution of a technical roadmap, ensuring timely implementation based on business priorities.
• Support and collaborate with high-performance, multi-disciplinary teams distributed across various locations.
• Help build and maintain scalable, services-driven platforms focused on customer-centric digital experiences powered by data and AI.
• Proactively manage and escalate risks, issues, delivery blockers, and changes impacting engineering initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to recommend and deliver solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
