Sse / Tl- Full Stack (Angular+Nodejs)

Job Purpose :

Own technical decisions, ensure best practices, and guide the team in delivering high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions for our AI driven voice platform.

Who you are :

• 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer with leadership or mentoring exposure.
• Strong backend expertise with Node.Js (JavaScript / TypeScript).
• Solid frontend experience with Angular.
• Proficiency in databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or equivalent).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and microservices.
• Hands-on with Git, Docker, and CI / CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and system design skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Lead a small team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews.
• Work hands-on across the full stack : backend (Node.Js / TypeScript), frontend (Angular), and databases.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and implement scalable APIs, microservices, and real-time communication features.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security across applications.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, system design, and technology roadmaps.
• Drive DevOps practices, including CI / CD pipelines, testing, and cloud deployments (AWS / GCP / Azure).
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery.
• Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
