SmartQ family is looking for a Product Design Le ad who is highly creative, innovative, self-motivated and has hunger to build impactful / innovative products.

Key roles and responsibilities :

1. Lead product design strategy

• Set the vision for all the products (India Region) and develop Product strategy in collaboration with Director of Design, Product director and Engineering head
• Create innovative designs which effectively respond to briefs and solve for the challenge presented. (Deliverables include—but not limited to—high-level and / or detailed user flows, wireframes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas).
• Create Design strategy for scale, update atomic design system in collaboration with Product design team and key stake holders to improve efficiency and consistency across product lines.
• Innovate and build better user experiences that evolve and define visual systems and generate or upgrade the visual language.

3. Lead & mentor the team

someone who has built products from scratch and scaled it across multiple platforms (Android, iOS), devices (Large form factors), countries and cultures
