Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Advisor located in Ahmedabad. The Career Advisor will be responsible for providing career counseling and development services to individuals. Tasks include conducting assessments, developing career plans, offering job search assistance, and guiding students on career choices. Strong communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management skills
• Student Counseling skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience in the staffing or career consultancy industry is a plus
• Knowledge of labor market trends and career development methodologies
