Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Extend and negotiate job offers.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Proactively engage with potential candidates and build relationships.
  • Develop and maintain a positive candidate experience.
  • Promote our company's employer brand through various recruitment channels.
  • Create engaging job postings and recruitment materials.
  • Represent the company at career fairs and industry events.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on recruitment activities and results.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Collaborate with HR team Experience : 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Proven experience in sourcing candidates through various channels.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with social media recruitment.
  • Knowledge of employer branding strategies.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR)
