Job description
Responsibilities :
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Extend and negotiate job offers.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Proactively engage with potential candidates and build relationships.
Develop and maintain a positive candidate experience.
Promote our company's employer brand through various recruitment channels.
Create engaging job postings and recruitment materials.
Represent the company at career fairs and industry events.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Generate regular reports on recruitment activities and results.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
Collaborate with HR team Experience : 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Proven experience in sourcing candidates through various channels.
Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with social media recruitment.
Knowledge of employer branding strategies.
Experience with data analysis and reporting.
HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR)
