Relevant Experience :
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT or technical hiring.
- Understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical terminology (e.g., software development, cloud, DevOps, data, QA).
- Experience in Lateral hiring.
- Strong knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
Assist in managing recruitment for IT roles — from job posting to offer closure.Partner with hiring manager to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.Source candidates using multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, internal databases).Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.Schedule interviews, coordinate with vendors and ensure a smooth candidate experience.Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the hiring team.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and IT job market dynamics.Please contact - Shraddha Sharma
