Role & responsibilities

The Chief Engineer will oversee the complete engineering and execution of premium residential redevelopment projects, ensuring world-class quality, adherence to statutory norms, and seamless coordination between multiple stakeholders including society members, consultants, and contractors. This role demands strong technical acumen, precision in planning, and exceptional leadership to deliver high-end living spaces within dense urban environments.
