Job descriptionQualification : B.E / B.Tech (EEE / ECE / Mech) 2025 passed out students without any backlogs Minimum 60% marks in Xth, XIIth & Graduation is mandatory Since it is a Field role, own 2-wheeler & a valid Driving License is a mandatory for applicants
Role & responsibilities :
- Responsible for ensuring safe, effective operations and maintenance of tower sites in the assigned area to meet company's objective of delivering highest uptime along with cost and energy efficiencies.
- Key responsibilities include Site Uptime management, ESH compliance, Customer Management, Site Quality & Process Compliance, Energy Management & Team Management.
- Knowledge of basic Electrical Engineering is a must. Knowledge of DG sets, AC power management system, DC power management system, Battery backup system, HVAC, antenna & basics of GSM / CDMA technology will be an added advantage.
