We’re looking for a skilled Accountant who can bring structure, accuracy, and insight to our financial operations as we scale rapidly.

Role Overview : The Accountant will be responsible for handling all accounting and financial activities of the organization. From daily bookkeeping to monthly reporting, GST filing, and expense management — you will be the financial backbone ensuring smooth and compliant operations. The role requires someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable taking full ownership of accounting functions on-site.

Key Responsibilities : Manage all aspects of accounting — bookkeeping, ledger entries, invoicing, and reconciliations.

Prepare and maintain financial statements, profit & loss accounts, and balance sheets.

Oversee accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and expense tracking.

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory returns and ensure timely filings.

Conduct regular bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash flow records.

Support internal audits and assist in external audits when required.

Collaborate with the management team for budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.

Maintain documentation for all accounting and financial transactions in an organized manner.

Identify and suggest process improvements for better financial efficiency.

Requirements : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred).

5-10 years of professional experience in accounting.

Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP

Sound understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances .

Proficient in MS Excel and general financial reporting.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently in an on-site setup.
