Role Summary :

• Lead and manage food service operations across assigned sites, ensuring service excellence, profitability, client satisfaction, HSE best practices and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• This role demands strategic oversight of large-scale catering operations with knowledge of latest trends in the food industry, strong financial control, people engagement & retention and exceptional client relationship management. The position requires regular travel across client sites to ensure operational consistency and stakeholder engagement.

Key Experience : At least 10 years in food service or hospitality operations.

P&L Management : Strong acumen in managing profit & loss, budgeting, and financial performance.

Team Management : Engage and develop people for high motivation and reduction in Catering : Demonstrated experience in managing large catering operations across multiple sites.

Strategic Leadership : Capable of driving operational excellence and team performance at scale.

Professional Presence : Well-groomed, articulate, and confident in client-facing environments.
