• Should have 1 - 6 Years experience in HCC Coding
• Certified in AAPC / AHIMA-CPC, CRC,CCS,COC. Work Location : Hyderabad / NoidaMode of interview : Virtual­Roles and Responsibilities : Assign codes to diagnoses and procedures, using ICD (International Classification of Diseases) and CPT (Current Procedural Terminology) codesReview medical charts under the diagnosis and procedure to ascribe the related CPT and ICD-10.Ensure that you assign codes based on coding and customer guidelines.Proficient coding of outpatient / Inpatient charts across a variety of specialties with over 97% accuracy and as per the turnaround time.Follow up with the payer on any documentation that is insufficient or unclearSearch for information in cases where the coding is complex or unusualReceive and review patient charts and documents for accuracyEnsure that all codes are current and activeParticipates in coding meetings and education conferences to maintain coding skills and accuracy.Ensuring compliance with medical coding policies and guidelines.Desired Skills : Experience in Coding specialty – HCC codingKnowledge of the US healthcare industry is desiredGood knowledge of client-specific process rules and regulatory requirementsStrong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and medical terminologyFamiliarity with ICD-10 codes and proceduresGood in oral and written communication skillsAble to work independently & flexible to work in WeekendsMS office / MS Excel / MS PowerPoint knowledge / Software tool knowledgeInterested candidates kindly share your resumeWhatsapp – Vinodhini - Mail -
