    Job Description

    • Develop and implement talent management strategies within the organization.
    • Lead efforts in designing and revising executive compensation plans(ESOP / LTIP / Buyback)
    • Oversee HR analytics to drive informed decision-making processes.
    • Collaborate with other HR departments to ensure alignment with overall business strategies.
    • Drive leadership development programs and succession planning.
    • Monitor and report on HR performance metrics.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
    • Champion a culture that promotes growth, productivity, and employee satisfaction.
    • The Successful Applicant

    • A degree in Human Resources or related field.
    • Significant experience in HR roles with a focus on Talent Management, Executive Compensation, and HR Analytics.
    • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and industry standards.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Proficiency in HRMS systems and HR analytics tools.
