Role : Inside Sales Representative – IT Experience : 2- 3 years

Job Description : We are seeking a candidate with experience and knowledge in identifying and qualifying potential clients for product Sales or services. This is a quota-carrying position with a focus on generating an opportunity pipeline for the Pre-sales teams through cold calling. In this role, your primary responsibility will be outbound prospecting, generating interest to uncover Sales Ready opportunities, and qualifying new leads in a team environment within India.
Responsibilities :
Outbound communication by phone and email to a large volume of cold and warm leads daily.
Initiate conversations with decision-makers, qualify and manage inquiries, identify and understand business needs, and create new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
Provide accurate forecasting and reports.
Collaborate and identify opportunities and create a pipeline through demand generation and targeted campaigns.
Maintain lead records and activities.
Requirements :
1 year of related inside sales for Google cloud / AWS cloud / Azure cloud / IT products – Oracle / Microsoft / IBM / SAP etc.,
Experience selling in a business-to-business environment is a plus
Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being too aggressive
Great verbal and written communication and time management skills are a must
Basic computer skills such as Outlook / Gmail, MS Office, and SalesForce.
