📌 Position Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Intern for a 3-month internship program. This role is ideal for someone eager to start a career in HR, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to impactful people operations. Outstanding performers will receive a full-time offer upon successful completion of the internship.

💸 Stipend : ₹7,000 / month

📆 Duration : 3 Months

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Draft and post job descriptions across multiple job portals and social platforms.
• Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
