Role Description
We are seeking an Assistant Human Resources Manager for a full-time, on-site role located at The Den in Bengaluru. The role involves managing recruitment processes, onboarding programs, and employee relations efforts to foster a positive workplace culture. The Assistant HR Manager will oversee compliance with HR policies, assist in performance management, and support employee training and development initiatives. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with department heads and organizing employee engagement activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition processes
Experience in Employee Relations, Engagement, and Retention programs
Proficiency in Compensation Management and HR Compliance
Ability to support Performance Management Systems and Training Initiatives
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Prior experience in the hospitality / Hotel Industry is an advantage
