Techno-Business Analyst (P&C Insurance Mandatory)

We are looking for a seasoned

Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

with strong experience in the

Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance industry , excellent

SQL skills , and a solid understanding of

data warehouses

and

analytics . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is passionate about driving business value through data and systems analysis.

Key Accountabilities

Conduct stakeholder analysis, estimate requirements, and lead technical / system analysis.

Drive requirements gathering activities aligned with business priorities.

Manage stakeholder relationships throughout the product lifecycle.

Write comprehensive business and technical documentation.

Collaborate with QA teams on test strategy and execution.

Define product backlog, sprint backlog, user stories, system diagrams, and data flow diagrams.

Plan and execute change management across the product lifecycle.

Create user guides and training materials.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Lead one or more data PODs to deliver business outcomes.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Behavioral Requirements

Strong experience in

Agile methodologies

and a

product mindset .

Technical expertise in

data modeling ,

data analysis , and

data mapping .

Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Deep understanding of

P&C Insurance , including Claims Processing, Underwriting, Reinsurance, Billing, and Policy / Form Generation.

Proficient in writing

complex SQL queries .
