About the Role :

We are seeking a talented ServiceNow HRSD Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in implementing and customizing ServiceNow HRSD solutions for our clients. Your expertise in HR processes, HRIS systems, and ServiceNow will be critical in delivering innovative solutions that streamline HR operations.

Key Responsibilities :

HRSD Implementation :

  • Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow HRSD modules to meet specific business requirements.
  • Customize HRSD workflows, forms, and reports to optimize HR processes.
  • Integrate HRSD with other HR systems and applications.

Process Improvement :

  • Analyze existing HR processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
  • Design and implement new HR processes using ServiceNow HRSD.

    • Data Migration :

  • Plan and execute data migration from legacy HR systems to ServiceNow HRSD.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity during the migration process.

    • Client Engagement :

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their HR requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on ServiceNow HRSD.

    • Technical Expertise :

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Core HR, Onboarding, Offboarding, and Performance Management.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and workflow automation.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and compensation.

    • Required Skills and Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD implementation or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and HRIS systems.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD (preferred).
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and workflow automation.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
