Job Title : DispatcherLocation : Mohali, PunjabExperience : 1+ years (Third-party logistics experience preferred)Job Responsibilities : Coordinate and manage daily dispatch operations efficiently.Assign shipments to drivers and ensure timely deliveries.Track vehicle movements and update stakeholders on ETAs.Handle documentation, invoices, and compliance requirements.Communicate with clients, vendors, and drivers for smooth operations.Resolve transportation issues and ensure service quality.Maintain records of dispatch logs and performance metrics.Key Requirements : Experience in third-party logistics (3PL) or transportation.Strong communication and coordination skills.Proficiency in dispatch software and tracking systems.Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
