We are seeking a detail-oriented individual for the AIR Ticketing Process position in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing airline ticketing inquiries, processing bookings and cancellations, and providing exceptional customer service to travelers.
Responsibilities
- Handle ticketing queries from customers via phone and email.
- Process bookings, cancellations, and refunds for airline tickets.
- Assist customers with travel itineraries and provide information on flight schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of ticketing transactions and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and efficiency.
- Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, and travel regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) for ticketing purposes.Strong understanding of airline ticketing rules and fare structures.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Skills Required
