Job Purpose :

The Manager – HR & Administration will oversee HR and administrative operations for the Ahmedabad office and manage a large workforce (on-roll and outsourced) deployed across various project sites in Gujarat. The role requires a seasoned professional capable of implementing HR strategy, ensuring statutory compliance, managing manpower deployment, leading employee relations, and driving operational excellence while aligning with corporate HR policies.

Key Responsibilities :

A. Office Administration Responsibilities

• Lead office administration, facility management, procurement, inventory, and vendor management.
• Ensure seamless functioning of office infrastructure, utilities, security, housekeeping, and related services.
• Oversee compliance with local statutory and municipal requirements for office and site operations.
• Manage travel planning, logistical arrangements, meeting coordination, and project-related mobility.
• Drive administrative budgeting, cost optimization, and petty cash governance.
• Implement administrative SOPs, safety protocols, and asset management controls.
• Plan and lead employee engagement events, celebrations, and employee welfare activities.
• Liaise with government bodies, auditors, statutory authorities, and external stakeholders.
