Job descriptionElectrical Engineer or RF Engineer Ability to read & interpret AutoCAD electrical, electronic layout and schematics, mechanical schematics, 3-D design tools,P&ID drawings Experience with Mil Standards, CMM and able to interpret regulatory or customer needs Must understand CNC, assembly and RF test processes regarding efficiency and cost Problem Solving : Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions; probes all fruitful sources for answers; can see hidden problems; is excellent at honest analysis; looks beyond the obvious and doesn't stop at the first answers Project Management : Knows how to organize people and activities; can see opportunities for synergy and integration where others can't; coordinates the diverse components of projects by quality project planning, execution and change control to achieve the required balance of time, cost and quality; manages projects according to a standard process by using a systems development lifecycle; effectively directs and integrates all aspects of a project or program, ensuring that work progresses toward achieving goals and objectives.Must be an expert user of MS Project or other professional project management tools. Strong knowledge of LEAN processes and / or 6-Sigma to improve operation Expert knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project etc Must be able to write clear, succinct documentation and instructions using effective visualization and descriptions
Profile
- Ten (10) plus years as a RF manufacturing engineer preferably
- Preferable sectors are high power amplifiers , cavity filters, racks and telecoms systems (Bi Directional Amplifiers)
- Other RF sectors will be considered
- Manufacturing engineering should be at the component and system level
- Must have a track record of process analysis, implementation and KPIs
- Must have a track record in scaling from prototype to high volume manufacture
- Must have either lead or had a significant contribution to implementing AS9100
- Must have big company experience and operating in a mid / small company of circa$ 20 million
