Key Responsibilities : Handle customer queries on medications, prescriptions, and healthcare products. Verify and process prescriptions accurately. Guide customers on generic medicine usage and benefits. Assist with digital prescription generation and capture medical history. Maintain records and ensure compliance via CRM tools. Requirements : Pharma knowledge with awareness of generic medicines. Good communication skills. Willing to work in rotational shifts. Experience in a similar role preferred.
