Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in the Food & Beverage (F&B) space in hospitality industry with one of our client. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in inventory management supply chain coordination vendor management and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage day-to-day F&B operations ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Handle inventory control stock planning and material procurement to minimize wastage and shortages.
• Develop and implement operational policies SOPs and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the production sales and procurement teams to align business goals.
• Manage vendor relationships negotiate contracts and ensure timely deliveries.
• Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene and regulatory standards.
• Monitor budgets control costs and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

1015 years of experience in F&B operations inventory management or supply chain.

Strong understanding of inventory control systems stock management and vendor coordination.

Excellent organizational leadership and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel ERP or inventory management software.

Strong communication and team management skills.

Candidates must have stable previous employment journey.
