Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, training programs, and performance management processes. Additional responsibilities include developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, handling employee engagement initiatives, and maintaining accurate HR records. The HR Manager will collaborate with teams to support a healthy and inclusive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in recruitment, workforce planning, and talent acquisition
• Knowledge of performance management, employee engagement, and HR strategy implementation
• Understanding of labor laws, regulatory compliance, and organizational policies
• Experience in training programs, leadership development, and conflict resolution
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR are a plus
• Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
