Work mode : Remote ( Preferably based in Bangalore, not mandatory).

Role Overview :
We are looking for a passionate and analytical individual for the Lead, Social Investor Relations role to build deep, trusted relationships with our HNI and retail investor community.
This is a communications-meets-research role, ideal for someone who can fluently translate financial insights into compelling investor narratives, craft strategic communication, and personalize engagement based on investor interests and impact Engagement & Act as the primary point of contact for Rang Des HNI, family office, and retail investors.
- Design and execute investor engagement campaigns (emails, newsletters, reports, dashboards) along with Content & Comms Team.
- Generate new retail investor leads and HNIs for social investing.
- Manage investor calls, presentations, and regular performance updates through Investments & Partnerships Team.
Research & Conduct market and investor behavior research to shape outreach strategies.
Track investment patterns, cash flows, and portfolio trends to inform proactive engagement.Curate personalized investment insights and reports for key stakeholders.Collaboration & Work closely with the Investments & Partnerships Team to design investor events, webinars, and meet ups.
Coordinate with product, impact, and operations teams to ensure data-driven, transparent communication.Contribute to investor onboarding and education processes.Key Skills and Passion to make a difference in the Social impact space.
