JC Home Delivery Lead

Reliance Jio is looking for a Home Delivery Lead to manage Jio Home Delivery (JHD) operations in the JC territory. This role involves driving operational excellence, team management, and ensuring a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for Jio Home Delivery (JHD) in JC operations.
• Manage and supervise various outbound channels to ensure high service levels for JHD customers.
• Recruit, train, and deploy outbound direct sales agents in JC area as per targets.
• Monitor refresher training on JHD process and product knowledge for agents.
• Drive lead acceptance and lead delivery on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensure JC-level master configurations on JHD platform (Agents, Stores, PIN Codes, Products).
• Plan JC territory to ensure 100% manning coverage.
• Supervise and manage General Trade & Own Store promoters (xDSS) for Home Delivery.
• Propose improvements to enhance customer experience.
• Monitor and gather competition / industry plans, initiatives, policies, and best practices.
