Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager - Social Media, located in Gurugram. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies for clients, developing content plans, creating and curating engaging content, monitoring social media channels, and analyzing performance metrics. The role also includes liaising with clients, providing recommendations for improving social media presence, and staying updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Content Strategy
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Strong skills in Analytics and Performance Tracking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams
- Creativity and innovative thinking
- MBA in Marketing / Communications, or related field
- Experience in the advertising or digital marketing industry is a must
