Senior Creative Designer

Job descriptionEnsure all bid materials adhere to corporate brand guidelines while introducing innovative design elements. Work closely with bid managers, solution architects, and sales teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored creative solutions. Develop and maintain design templates, graphics libraries, and visual standards for the bid team. Review and refine design outputs for accuracy, clarity, and impact. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative processes. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field. 5+ years of experience in creative design, preferably in a corporate or B2B environment. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Firefly) and PowerPoint. Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Experience in bids and proposals design and or marketing collateral for complex solutions. Knowledge of motion graphics or interactive design is a plus. Strong portfolio showcasing corporate design work and creative problem-solving
Role
The Senior Creative Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and impact of proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials within the bids & proposal management team. This position requires a blend of advanced design skills, creativity, and strategic thinking to deliver visually compelling and brand-consistent outputs that help win business.
