The opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Senior Studio Technician to manage and operate a corporate studio environment specializing in audio and video production. This role involves handling client interviews, corporate event shoots, and professional photography. The ideal candidate will be adept with AV equipment, camera systems, and studio workflows, ensuring high-quality output for internal and external stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities
- Operate and maintain studio equipment including cameras, microphones, mixers, lighting rigs, and recording systems.
- Set up and manage live or recorded client interviews, pod casts and corporate video shoots.
- Execute professional-grade photography for corporate events, client profiles, and promotional materials.
- Ensure optimal audio and video quality during shoots and post-production.
- Collaborate with creative and communications teams to deliver polished media assets.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain equipment inventory and readiness.
- Maintain the studio environment, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness for scheduled shoots and sessions.
