Job descriptionIssue Resolution : Resolve system errors, data discrepancies, and user inquiries System Maintenance : Perform routine system maintenance tasks such as applying User Assistance : Assist users with navigating the system, answering questions, and Root Cause Analysis : Investigate and resolve root causes of recurring issues and Collaboration : Work with internal technical teams or third-party vendors to resolve Testing & Debugging : Conduct basic system testing and help identify issues during User Training : Provide on-demand training to users on new features or processes and Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of support cases, solutions, and Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related domain 0–1 years of experience in application support, IT support, or sales operations Solid understanding of Business Central core modules (e.g., Sales, Inventory, Familiarity with system upgrades, patching, and release management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple support tickets simultaneously. Experience in implementing or supporting business process automation. Familiarity with MS SQL or database management. Previous experience in a support role within a professional services firm is preferred. English & Tamil Strong problem-solving Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Capable of handling user queries with understanding and patience Adaptability to changing systems and business needs Effective time management and multitasking abilities Collaboration across cross-functional teams
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide Support : Offer day-to-day support to clients, troubleshooting issues related
to Microsoft Business Central ERP including modules like Sales, Purchasing,
