Role Description

This full-time, on-site Head Accountant role is based in Bangalore Urban. The Head Accountant will handle a team of accountants and oversee financial operations, including preparing financial statements, budgeting, and financial forecasting. The role requires managing transactional accounting processes, ensuring compliance and proper knowledge of GST, TDS regulations and maintaining accurate financial records to support strategic decision-making. The Head Accountant will also liaise with other departments to provide financial insights.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting
• Experience in forecasting, financial analysis, and risk management
• Knowledge of accounting software and tools such as ZOHO
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance with atleast 5 years expreince
• Familiarity with tax regulations,GST, compliance requirements, and auditing processes
• Ability to work independently and handle a team of accountants
