Pavanastr Technologies Private Limited at Gurugram, Haryana . The Embedded Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing embedded systems for
UAVs. The work will span the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through to final testing and deployment. Expertise in embedded programming and microcontroller experience is essential. Key Responsibilities :
Design and develop embedded hardware and firmware for drone systems using C and C++.
Ensure seamless integration of software and hardware.
Conduct debugging, testing, and troubleshooting of embedded systems.
Implement and manage communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, and UART.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation wherever required.
Contribute to the design and implementation of control algorithms for drone flight and navigation.
Utilize PCB design tools for circuit board creation and assist in the manufacturing process. Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Must have working experience in a drone manufacturing company
Basic understanding and proficiency in embedded programming languages : C and C++.
Experience with Atmega, STM, and NRF microcontrollers is essential; experience with other
microcontrollers is advantageous.
Proven track record with 2 to 3 significant projects in embedded systems or related fields.
Familiarity with coding environments such as VS Code, Platform IO and other relevant IDEs
Experience with PCB design tools and an understanding of the manufacturing process.
Knowledge of antenna theory / design and RF PCB design is a plus.
Experience with 3D printing tools is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Preferred Skills :
Familiarity with drone flight controllers and autopilot systems (e.g., PX4, ArduPilot).
Knowledge of drone communication technologies (e.g., GPS, telemetry, radio control).
Experience with simulation tools and environments (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink).
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
