Hiring Operations Head for reputed manufacturing industry.

Experience : 15 to 25 yrs

Location : Belagavi (Karnataka)

CTC : Max 50 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities :

Operations Head to oversee the organization's ongoing operations and procedures of all three foundries, machine shops, Engine cooling systems and EHS.

He will be responsible for the efficiency of business operations all plants.

He is a key member of the senior management team, reporting only to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

He'll have to maintain control of business operations of all plant.

Key Skills :

Understanding of business functions such as operations, maintenance, HR, QA, etc.

Expertise in designing systems & procedures and contributing towards improved performance, heightened productivity and enhanced internal controls

Strategic Planner with expertise in establishing & managing entire operations with key focus on top line & bottom-line profitability by ensuring optimal.

Working knowledge of data analysis and performance / operation metrics
