QA - Lead

Key Responsibilities (Short Version)

• Define and implement test strategy, plans, and design to ensure quality and alignment with product requirements.
• Perform manual and automated testing for web and API layers using tools like Postman, REST Assured, Playwright, or Selenium .
• Conduct performance testing using JMeter to assess scalability, reliability, and stability under load.
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, and managers to ensure full test coverage and timely issue resolution.
• Manage test execution, defect tracking, and reporting to ensure product quality.
• Perform regression testing and maintain reusable automation scripts and frameworks.
• Maintain clear documentation of test cases, results, and defects.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and team efficiency.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs , data formats ( JSON, XML ), and testing best practices.
