Job Title : Talent Acquisition Operations Intern (also referred to as Recruiting Operations Intern or Talent Acquisition Intern)

About The Role

We're looking for someone to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Operations Intern (TA Operations Intern / Recruiting Operations Intern) — to actually make hiring smoother, faster, and more delightful for everyone involved. This expanded title makes the role clearer to external candidates and improves discoverability in search.

You'll be the behind-the-scenes hero helping with outbound hiring, interview scheduling, keeping calendars chaos-free, talking to candidates, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you love checklists, organizing chaos, and making people's lives easier, this might just be your thing.

What You'll Do

• Schedule interviews like a time-traveling wizard
• Do outbound hiring for multiple roles
• Be the friendly point of contact for candidates
• Keep calendars of hiring managers + recruiters on track
• Spot process gaps and suggest better ways to do things
• Send follow-ups, reminders, and maybe a meme or two
