Job descriptionHandle incoming appointment requests via call, WhatsApp, or portal Coordinate with doctors and clinics to confirm availability Send reminders and confirmations to patients for scheduled appointments Update internal systems with appointment details and patient follow-up Address basic patient inquiries related to timings, locations, and procedures Escalate issues like no-shows or rescheduling needs to senior staff Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi Basic computer skills and comfort with tools like Excel, WhatsApp Web, and CRM High attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Calm and professional attitude while dealing with patients (Bonus) Experience or interest in the healthcare industry Work at one of India’s fastest-growing health tech startups Learn core healthcare operations and digital platform management Collaborate with industry leaders Possibility of a full-time offer based on performance Internship certificate & reference letter upon successful completion Exposure to healthcare operations and patient communication Hands-on experience with appointment systems and workflow tools Time Management support from professionals.
📍 Location : Subhas Chowk, Gurugram
🕒 Type : Paid Internship (Full-time, On-site) 3months HEALTHCARE DOMAIN
Stipend : 10-12k based on skills.
