Job Summary :

The Strategy Analyst supports the organization’s strategic planning and decision-making processes by conducting research, analyzing data, evaluating market trends, and generating actionable insights. This role works cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities, assess business performance, and assist in developing long-term strategic initiatives that align with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to support strategic initiatives.
• Analyze financial data, KPIs, and business performance metrics to evaluate opportunities, risks, and improvement areas.
• Assist in developing strategic plans, business models, and investment cases for new markets, products, or partnerships.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Support M&A (mergers and acquisitions) analysis, due diligence, and post-integration tracking (if applicable).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, marketing, etc.) to ensure alignment on key strategic objectives.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies that could impact the company’s strategic direction.
• Help track progress against strategic goals and recommend adjustments as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements :

○     Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

○     Experience with financial modeling, market analysis, and scenario planning .

○     Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus.

○     Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

○     Strong written and verbal communication skills.

○     High attention to detail and accuracy.

○     Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
