Position : Business Development Manager (Remote)

Experience : Proven expertise in business development and client acquisition with a strong focus on C2H roles in IT Industries.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and manage relationships with C2H & Permanent clients across Tech industries.
  • Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new C2H & Permanent client opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary client point of contact, ensuring smooth account management and communication.
  • Partner with internal teams to align recruitment solutions with client requirements.
  • Achieve business growth targets and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to capture new C2H & Permanent business prospects.
  • Lead contract negotiations and drive repeat business through strong client relationships.

Qualifications :

  • Proven track record in business development and account management in the C2H & Permanent recruitment space.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Familiarity with the startup and C2H & Permanent industries is highly desirable.
