Technical Content Writer

We are looking for a skilled Technical Content Writer with 3+ years of experience to create high-quality technical content, including blogs, whitepapers, user guides, and product documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology, excellent writing skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities :

• Research, plan, and write clear, concise, and engaging technical content for a diverse audience.
• Develop user manuals, FAQs, technical guides, API documentation, and product-related content.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather technical information.
• Optimize content for SEO and ensure best practices for online readability.
• Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for non-technical users.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in technical writing. For eg (AI / ML)
• Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and formatting across all technical documents.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing documentation, infographics, and technical illustrations.
