Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Tech Manager / Sr. Tech Manager to lead our development initiatives in NodeJS, ReactJS, Database, and Mobile App Development . The ideal candidate will manage a team of developers, oversee full-stack architecture, and ensure high-quality project delivery while driving innovation and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional technical team across web and mobile platforms.
• Architect, design, and develop scalable applications using NodeJS , ReactJS , and modern frameworks.
• Oversee database architecture, optimization, and integration (SQL / NoSQL).
• Manage and guide mobile app development projects (React Native / Flutter / Native).
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery cycles.
• Review and optimize code quality, performance, and security.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency.
• Manage project timelines, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication.
