Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bardoli for a Food Production Specialist. The Food Production Specialist will oversee key aspects of food preparation, processing, and quality control to ensure all products meet safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring production processes, maintaining food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and coordinating with team members. The role also involves optimizing efficiency in food manufacturing and supporting product development as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and expertise in Food Safety and Agribusiness.
• Experience in Food Preparation and Food Processing methods.
• Strong Communication skills for coordination and reporting.
• Attention to detail and ability to adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Relevant education or certification in Food Technology, Agribusiness, or a related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in food manufacturing or production roles is advantageous.
