Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager, located in Delhi, India. The Performance Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to acquire and retain customers. Responsibilities include managing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, optimizing marketing efforts for better ROI, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. The role involves hands-on management of paid media channels, budget allocation, performance tracking, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and Social Media Advertising
• Strong analytical skills for analyzing performance data and optimizing marketing campaigns
• Experience in managing and allocating marketing budgets effectively
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
