- Ability to manage Client escalations and Client relationships
- Lean and Six Sigma certified
- Knowledge of technological and industry level trends
- Willing to work from office and US business hours
Roles and Responsibilities
Handle 2nd level escalationsManaging a group of supervisors in customer driven environmentWorked on Chargeback / Dispute Management, Retail Banking-Card OperationsEnsure adherence to KPI and SLAs in service deliveryEnsure attritions targets are not breachedActively participate in governance calls with the clients for effective process managementManage operations through end-to-end planning, metrics review and root cause analysisManage Client relationship as part of operations deliveryDrive change by successful implementation of process improvement recommendationsReview overall staff performance and recommend training needsLiaise with HR, Facilities, Training, IT & Network teams to ensure seamless operations deliveryPerks & Benefits :
